My stay at R&B Hotel Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi was pleasant, especially because of its fantastic location near restaurants and nightlife. However, the room was quite small, which made it less comfortable for more than one person. I appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to help, though some amenities like complimentary water and extra pillows could use improvement.
